Octophin Digital to support conservation science in the Chagos Archipelago

August 16, 2017

We are pleased to announce that the Chagos Conservation Trust (CCT) has selected Octophin Digital as their digital partner for the development of a new interactive resources site to engage the general public with the Chagos Archipelago and provide conservation scientists with a library of science, research and conservation work conducted there. This new interactive website adds to Octophin Digital’s portfolio of digital interactive and citizen science public engagement platforms for renowned conservation organisations. The Chagos Conservation Trust is a UK charity dedicated to protecting the Chagos Archipelago, a rare haven of beautiful reefs, diverse wildlife and clean waters, located in the midst of the Indian Ocean.

We are very proud to have been selected and look forward to working with CCT to develop their online presence beyond this project and help the Trust in its mission to preserve this collection of 55 islands and 60,000km of reefs for the many species that call it home, and for future generations to appreciate.

Watch this space for the site launch announcement soon.
